We deliberately built this so we cannot see your bill
A Shopify invoice has your store name, your billing address and often your VAT number on it. You should not send that to an app vendor who is trying to sell you something, and we did not want it.
Nothing is uploaded
The PDF is read by JavaScript on your own machine. There is no upload endpoint on this page. Open your browser's network tab and watch: no request is made.
Nothing is stored
No database, no logs, no cookies holding your charges. Close the tab and the analysis is gone. There is nothing for us to leak, sell or be asked for.
No AI reads it
Not a model, not a prompt, not a third-party API. Just arithmetic on the numbers already printed on your bill, so nothing can be hallucinated.
It knows what it knows, and says when it does not
Charges it recognises get a verdict. Charges it does not are reported as unrecognised and left out of every total. It will not tell you to cancel an app it cannot identify.
Apps the $14.99 package replaces
One subscription covers 6 paid Libautech apps, so a bill with several of these on it is where the money is.
Apps it tells you to keep
These do things no Libautech app does. The tool says keep paying for them, because that is the honest answer.
- OrderEditing.com It lets a customer edit an order after they have placed it. We do not build anything that does this, and no Libautech app replaces it.
- Loox - Product Reviews Photo and video product reviews. We do not build a reviews app. Our Shoppable Videos app shows video content but it does not collect or moderate reviews.
- ETranslate / Translate My Store Storefront translation. We do not build a translation app, and none of ours replaces it.
- Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS Email and SMS marketing. We do not build anything in this category.
This is not every Shopify app, and it never will be. Anything not on these lists comes back as “not recognised” and is excluded from the maths, rather than being guessed at.
Questions you should be asking
- Is my Shopify bill uploaded anywhere?
- No. The file is read inside your browser and never sent to us or to anyone else. There is no upload, no server, no AI service and nothing stored. Close the tab and it is gone. You can check: open your browser's network tab and watch, nothing is sent.
- How does it work if nothing is uploaded?
- The PDF is parsed with JavaScript running on your own machine. We look at the charge lines, match the app names against a list of apps we know, and do the arithmetic. That is all it is. There is no model and no guessing.
- Where do the savings figures come from?
- From your own bill. We do not keep a price list of other people's apps, because your invoice already says exactly what you pay on your plan at your volume, which is more accurate than any table we could maintain. The saving is what your bill says, minus what we charge.
- Will it just tell me to buy Libautech apps?
- No. If the apps you are paying for cost less than our package, it says so and tells you to stay where you are. If an app does something we do not build, like order editing or email marketing, it tells you to keep it. A calculator that always says buy is an advert, and you would spot it.
- What if it does not recognise one of my apps?
- It says so, and leaves that charge out of every figure. It will not guess what an app it has never heard of does, and it will not tell you to cancel something it cannot identify.
- Does the saving account for the Bundles & Upsell plan tiers?
- It warns you about them. The package includes Bundles & Upsell on its Starter plan, which covers up to $1,000 of app-generated revenue a month. Above that you need our Pro plan at $29.99 or Unlimited at $49.99, and the saving is smaller. The tool says this on screen whenever an upsell app is on your bill.
The package, if the bill says it is worth it
