Libautech AI Post Purchase is live on the Shopify App Store. It is a post-purchase upsell app where Claude does the work. No second checkout. No re-entering payment.

The mechanic is the same as every post-purchase upsell app on Shopify. The difference is who builds the offers. On AfterSell, ReConvert, and Zipify OneClickUpsell, the merchant configures rules per product combination, like "if customer buys X, recommend Y at 15% off, exclude Z." Why Claude Runs the Offers

Post-purchase upsell rules are not interesting work. For a 200-product catalog, it is roughly 600-800 if-then rules a human merchant has to write, validate, and update every time the catalog changes. Most merchants either skip post-purchase entirely or run a single generic "10% off your next order" offer that converts at 2-3% and never improves.

The acceptance rate gap between generic offers and product-matched offers is the entire game. Generic post-purchase offers convert at 2-4%. How to Set It Up in Two Steps

The full setup takes about 90 seconds. There are two steps and the second one is one click.

Step 1: Enable the Extension in Checkout Settings

Inside your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Checkout. Scroll down to the Post-purchase page section. Select Libautech AI Post Purchase as the post-purchase app and save. This step makes sure the extension actually fires after checkout. Without it, no offer ever shows.

One thing worth flagging: the post-purchase upsell only shows on credit card and Shopify Pay orders. Customers who pay with PayPal, Apple Pay (in some configurations), Klarna, or other express checkout methods skip the post-purchase page entirely. This is a Shopify platform constraint that applies to every post-purchase app, not a Libautech limitation. For most stores, credit card and Shopify Pay cover 70-85% of orders.

Step 2: Click Generate

What Claude Does After Setup

Setup is two steps. What happens after setup is where Claude continues working.

Claude reviews performance weekly. The dashboard shows which offers are converting well, which are flat, and which are underperforming. Claude reads that data, suggests discount adjustments on offers that are close to converting, edits offers that need stronger product matching, and generates new offers as your catalog grows. The merchant approves changes; Claude does not edit live offers without approval.

For large catalogs, Claude continues generating offers in the background after the initial pass. A 500-product catalog produces hundreds of valid post-purchase pairings. Claude does not generate all of them in the first run because most stores only need 30-50 active offers at any time. As performance data builds, Claude rotates new offers in to test against existing ones.

What's Coming Next
