The two options related to country targeting are the “Display in countries” (1) and “Exclude countries” (2). We will focus on these fields.
Note: We highly recommend that you use one or the other, but not both fields at the same time.
By default, if both fields are empty, the announcement bar will be visible in every country.
“Display in countries” field is suitable if you want to show the announcement bar in just a few countries. To clarify, if you select United States, the announcement bar will only be shown in United States.
“Exclude countries” field is suitable if you want to exclude the announcement bar in some countries. To clarify, if you select United States, the announcement bar will be shown in all countries except United States.
You can select multiple countries. In addition, you can search the countries by simply starting to type.
Please, save and enable the announcement bar, when done.
